Supported by fully‑automatic biaxial‑stretching production lines and advanced in‑line coating technology, the enterprise achieves precise control over the thickness and uniformity of nano‑scale coatings. For the new‑generation series, the oxygen transmission rate remains stable at 0.1‑1 cc/m²·24h·atm after retorting, capable of withstanding retort sterilization at 120‑135 ℃. 

This upgrade effectively addresses long‑standing industry pain points including barrier‑performance degradation and insufficient peel strength under high‑temperature and high‑humidity conditions. The high‑barrier nylon film delivers excellent retort resistance and puncture resistance; alumina PET film and PET coated film feature high transparency together with stable oxygen‑ and moisture‑barrier properties, suitable for marinated food, ready‑to‑cook dishes, pickles, pet wet food and other applications. All products undergo full‑roll testing via MOCON oxygen‑ and moisture‑permeability testers and comply with global food‑contact standards. Sample testing and custom formulation development are now available for global customers.
